Banner Size

When called we get the banner but working with multiple screens and no sound it is sometimes hard to know if there is an incoming call.

Is there anyway I can adjust the size of the banner so that this becomes allot more obvious? just doubling the size would already make a big difference.

Multiple people in my organization asked for this but I see no way to do this in the settings panel.
