Audit for Tenant Level Changes in MS Teams

Hello All

Is there any to find out, whihc team adminstrator has done / performed the changes in Teams Admin center. Say for Eg : Some of the Teams admin removed the domain from the external allowed list in TAC

I would like know , who done the changes in tenant level. I have searched , in audit logs its not helpfull
