Are missed calls considered 'missed activity'?
If someone calls me in Teams and I miss it, it notifies me in my Activity feed. I consider that 'missed activity', like missing a Chat.
Should a missed call be included in a 'missed activity email'?
I have tested by setting my missed activity emails to be sent as soon as possible. I receive nothing for a missed call. I realise that the ideal behaviour is to check my Activity feed and respond. But shouldn't an email be sent too, given emails can be sent for conversations I've missed?
- It this moment you can't as the documentation states. It's all or nothing. MDI is one of the few products within E5 which can't be scoped.

Would vote up on it. I voted on this one some time ago. I've wanted to see this one for a while
Hope that answers your question
Best, Chris- Thanks Chris. I added my vote and comment. It's a worthy cause, even if for consistency.
