Apps notification settings missing in Teams settings
Hello Teams Community, I'm facing a strange issue with App notifications in Microsoft Teams. I've already researched this and found nothing. I've opened a Microsoft case and I'm waiting for an answe...
Thanks for responding. My testing proves otherwise, unfortunately. This only works when the app is pinned by the user, not a setup policy in Teams admin.
Myself, I have the Teams app pinned and have for months (Paid Planner and Project Plan 3 license), and this is also not working for me, Planner does not show under App Notifications in Teams.
I have had someone create a new task in our Planner and assigned it to me, and no notifications came through in Teams for being assigned to the task, I only got the email notification.
Something so basic and simple, but Microsoft wants people to jump through hoop's to get working something that should be core functionality out of the box.
