Approvals Error - An unexpected server error occurred
Hi, Can someone help me? We have encountered below error in approvals app while submitting a request for approval: We have already tried clearing teams cache, etc. but still the problem...
I have worked with our IT support who has resolved the issue. I do not know what they did for the fix, but hopefully it prompts other users to reach out to their IT departments to get a resolution.
What was the solution?
- As a workaround could you please try the following.
• Go to the Power Platform Admin Center (admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com)
• Select 'Environments'
• Select the environment in which the error occurs
• Select 'Security Roles' > 'See All'
• Click the ellipsis (...) next to Approvals Administrator and select 'Edit'
• Search for 'asyncoperation' (aka 'System Job') table (Select 'Show all tables' if not visible)
• Update the read permission to 'Organization'
Please try the above steps and let me know on the outcome. Please share a screenshot of the changes.
