Approvals Error - An unexpected server error occurred

If you're experiencing an unexpected server error in the approvals app in Microsoft Teams, here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:
- Check for updates. Make sure that you're using the latest version of the Microsoft Teams app and the approvals app.
- Try a different browser or device. If you're using the Teams web app, try using a different browser or device to see if the issue persists.
- Check your permissions. Make sure that you have the necessary permissions to use the approvals app and create requests. Check your organization's policies and your own user settings.
Additional steps (or tips):
- If you're using a custom approvals template, try creating a new request using the default template to see if the issue persists.
- If you're able to create and submit approval requests from the Teams desktop app, try using the desktop app instead of the web app.

LeonPavesic I've tried the suggested solutions, and this is not working for me. This must be a Microsoft issue. It seems to be maybe an attachment issue. I can send a basic request without an attachment, but won't allow with an attachment. We have template approvals that require attachments, and they aren't working.

LeonPavesic, none of these items fix the issue and we have not changed any settings. My team has been using Approvals with a template for almost a year.
