Android Device (Neat Products) Auto Logout Issue

I am jinhyuk. Our company is in a service business that provides MTR equipment to customers.

There is a customer who recently deploy Android MTR equipment, the equipment is automatically logged out while using MTR by installing the NEAT equipment.

The customer doesn't understand what to check in the Admin Portal.
