Add optional attendees via lobby (request for admit), while normal (to) attendees can join directly
In my daily morning meeting, I always invited my team all by default. However, I have invited some people under "optional" who are not part of the team. I would like to know if it is possible, as soon as one of these "optional" guests dials in, they must first be approved for participation (lobby, admit etc.). Is this possible, that I can make a mix that the one participants can directly enter the meeting ("not" have to wait in the lobby) and the other part has to wait in the lobby for the confirmation?
Rom76 Hello, it really depends on what kind of users the "additional invitees" are as that will decide the lobby behavior you have set up, see the link below.

As for your scenario this is rolling out soon! https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/roadmap?filters=&searchterms=68730
Meaning, you don't have to add the additional invitees to the meeting but rather send a meeting link for ex.
