Active specific app/tab on launching Ms Teams

I have a requirement to set a specific app active on launching Ms Teams.

I have pinned the app and the app show on left rail.

By default, when Ms Teams open, it activate the tab I recently visited before closing the app.

Is there a policy to force users to see a specific app/tab on launching MS teams?
