3rd user not able to use teams by using VPN
User can able to connect without VPN but if VPN is on he can't access Teams.

- That's generally an indication that there is something about the corporate network that is causing issues.
Optimally configured, even when using VPN, Microsoft 365 traffic would bypass the VPN tunnel anyway. Voice/Video traffic going through a VPN will have performance issues.
