1 Person "Excluded" from Meeting
Hi,
The third user with problem could the other users hear that user? Did they see the third user in the meeting?
Have you tested a testcall to see that audio device is working in Teams and make sure that the correct audio device is selected in Teams. In the meeting you can select Show device settings and then make sure that the correct Audio device is selected, when you speak you should see the sound meter moving.

In the meeting, the other 2 participants could see the third users but could not hear him.
During the call we did test the device settings by choosing show device settings and the only options were selected e.g. use internal microphone, internal speakers etc.
The strange thing is that we also use Zoom and the same user can run zoom meetings with the same hardware and can hear and be heard but not in a teams meeting which is really baffling...
I thought perhaps there was a setting we've missed somewhere...
I will try to initiate another test call and check the microphone again anyway...

Try also to turn off Zoom and Skype if those applications are running in the background.
