Will there be a SPSS export directly from MS Forms?

Check Microsoft flow for a connector. You’ll have to write a flow that can do that translation. If not I highly doubt you’ll get any direct integration from forms to it.
There is always graph for custom api but don’t think forms is there yet but vaugly remember it was coming someday.
