Take A Test App - Fingerprint Scanner
Hello!
I am using the Take A Test app for the first time for assessment with my students.
However the laptops students own have a fingerprint scanner to log in to the laptop. Multiple students (i.e. trustworthy ones!) have reported that they have been prompted to scan their fingerprint during the test, or they are incidentally touching the scanner. This will take them out of the Take A Test App, meaning they have to reenter the test, and their answers haven't been saved. Which is incredibly frustrating if you are a significant way through the test.
Luckily we were only doing a trial test today, but I was wondering if anyone else has had this issue? Or have a know workaround.

MHS_Science I have also noticed this issue which then also sometimes prompts the test app to stay open after unlock allowing full use of the PC alongside the test but also sometimes leaves the app running in the background and shows the take a test screen every time we lock the pc (closing lid and re-opening). This continues even after trying to end task in task manager!
Hopefully a reply will bump this up to bring about a solution
