Switch to LaTex Can Not Be Used As Before

I have made a lot of mathematical quizzes in the past years using Microsoft Forms for my university students.

A quite useful property of the Forms is the Math Mode, where one can add maths using Latex. Please see below a question with 4 options that I had made using Latex with Math Mode:

Quite recently, it came to my attention that something has changed in the Math Mode. Specifically, after pressing Switch to LaTex, actually, I am not able to enter Latex maths as before.

For example, I can not even enter a simple matrix equation

Spoiler
\mathbf{P}=\begin{pmatrix}0.5 & 0.5 \\ 0.5 & 0.5 \end{pmatrix}

Please see in the following video the way I was following to insert maths using latex code: https://youtu.be/K-PJpdpeF9M?t=404

Unfortunately, Switch to Latex is currently not a real option, in order to enter Latex maths, but it's functionality in now limited.

My question is how one can use the Switch to Latex option, in order to be able to insert Latex maths as before?

Thanks

Just found the answer, its a bit tricky.

After you put the LaTex Code, click at the Fx symbol on the right again and it will turn LaTex to equation

Thank you Teerasit_P  for your message.
I am so glad that complex Latex maths can now be used as before in Microsoft Quiz app!
Indeed, after a few months, I tested again and I may assure that the problem reported in my original post has now been (silently) corrected.

        That is not entirely accurate.

We can no longer write on several lines as simply as before, the frame being too small at the time of content creation.

But there is an improvement. It is a pity that this "progress" has become a step backwards.

I do not understand why the mathematical keyboard is still so poor (no matrices for example), no common symbol in maths.

My problem is exactly the same, is there anyone who can help?
