Re submit responses as Flow became inactive

Hi,

One of the forms used by our Estate and Facilities department unfortunately was not used for over 30days and the Flow associated with it became inactive - (Activity suspended).  I'm looking at a video on how to get around the 30 day timeout limit

This was not picked up until recently and looking at the response, via the Excel spreadsheet 11 forms have been submitted.  The Flow sends out an approval and then depending on outcome sends an email to the E&F helpdesk to raise a job ref.

Is there anyway that these, submitted Forms, can be re-submitted, now the Flow has been reactivated?

  • Chris_Clark1968 you will either need to get the original form responders to re-send their form or you will need to it for them. There is no way to get the responses re-sent automatically or via some sort of button now that the flow has been reactivated.

If you're asking whether respondents can retake the form after they've already submitted it when the form was set to one response per person, the answer is yes. You can remove their previous responses from the form, and they will be able to retake it.
