Quis respondents not showing actual users
I have a quiz made in forms. when the users took the quiz it do not collect whom the users were. The settings were made to collect the user information. what could be causing this? do I need to have the users retake the test?

Just to confirm, did you try this?
1. In your Form, click onto the ... and Settings.
2. Make sure that Only people in my organization can respond is selected, and that Record name is ticked.
If you have done this and your internal users are still coming up blank, then you may need to log a support ticket with Microsoft.
