Printing Responses in MS Forms with uploaded images

I'm currently creating a FORM to collect defects from the production environment. Once the form is completed and submitted, I will prefer to print the PDF version of the response. The challenge I have at the moment is that the response shows a file path instead of the actual image uploaded. How can I print the form to contain the actual image instead of the file path?

There is currently no build-in solution in Forms that can meet your needs. However, in case you are not aware of how Forms store images, they are saved in your OneDrive account under the 'My files' folder. The exact path is 'Apps' -> 'Microsoft Forms' -> 'Your form title' -> 'Each file upload question title' -> image name with the responder's name added to the end.

Thank you for the response. I'd need to come up with another way to pdf the 1-pager repsonses.

Taahir_Maula the alternative is to build a flow in Power Automate.

Taahir_Maula click the 3 dots in the top right of the view results screen just below the time to complete time. Then select Print Response and select Save as PDF.
