Only send certain sections to recipient to complete

Hello,

We are creating a questionnaire to send to external third parties that will ultimately have 8 sections in total to complete; however, not all recipients will need to complete all 8 sections - this would normally be decided within our organisation by answering some set criteria (thresholds) that then determine which sections we would need the external party to complete.

Is there a way we can add a 'front sheet' to the questionnaire that is for internal use only, where we answer the criteria questions, which then decides which sections the external party needs to complete and then send the external party those sections ONLY?
