MS Forms responses not loading

I tried to access the responses to one of my forms in MS Forms. However, I encountered an infinite loading icon, and the responses wouldn't display. I attempted to download the Excel version of the responses, but no file was downloaded.

I've done the usual troubleshooting like clearing cache and cookies, logging in and out of my account and restarting my PC and router. None of these worked.

I've also tried accessing it on a separate device and network with the same result.
