MS FORM NOT RECIEVING EMAIL TO SAY RESPONSE SUBMITTED

If your form is public and allows people outside your company to fill it out, the Group mailbox might be blocking the notification because it thinks it's an unauthenticated external email.
Ask your admin to ensure the checkbox for "Allow external senders to email this group" is checked.
