My students have been reporting complaints about Quiz in Forms, that after they submit an answer the answer changes to a different one in multiple choice questions is that possible? I am not sure if I believe them. Has it ever been reported before.

I personally have not encountered this problem myself. Are they able to replicate the problem to show you that it's happening?
