Microsoft Forms not loading. "Sorry, something went wrong" error
This form has been active for about a year now with no issues and all of the sudden I am getting this error when I or anyone in the organization attempts to open it. There have not been any changes made on the form that could have led to this. All of my other forms work fine. It is extremely important to get this form back up and running.

There is a very simple answer to the problem. Just read the smaller print under the big notice that "Something went wrong". I noticed mine said "You have reached the limit." That seemed quite reasonable to me because I knew I had entered a lot of files in the past. So I started deleting really old and never to ever use again forms. Even then I got that message. So I thought "Just maybe those deleted items are in the "Trash". So I looked around for reference to the "Recycle Bin". Sure enough, my Receycle Bin had tons of stuff in it. So I chose "Empty the Recycle Bin" which Forms mediately proceeded to do. It took only a few xeconds.
I went back to copy a form; and sure enough it copied just fine. I will find time to delete more unneeded forms from the past so I have no more trouble. Hope, hope, hope! - yamzyCopper ContributorTo resolve this issue, enable the Office Hive / CollabDBService service for Microsoft Forms with the following steps:
Sign in to Microsoft Azure.
In the left pane, select Azure Active Directory.
Select Enterprise Applications.
Select the X next to the Application Type == EnterpriseApplications option to remove the filter.
In the Search field, type Office Hive.
Select Office Hive in the result list.

It worked for me a week ago - Agnes_LeeCopper Contributor
