Microsoft form data to word document

Question

Is there any way to generate a word document through a completed Microsoft Forms?

Using google forms and a third party app (autocrat), I was able to generate a pdf of information from a teacher observation tool I created through google forms. Upon clicking submitting the pdf would go to me and the teacher.

Is there a way to do this through office 365?

I also have the same question. As a former employee of a Google school, I am looking to implement a similar system in a Microsoft domain to automate managerial tasks and maximize my time in classrooms.l Please help! There are many questions on Microsoft communities asking the same thing.&nbsp;

I'm still looking for this two years later. I am being pushed off Google and towards microsoft and the only solution I've found is nested powerflows that are way more complicated to write and are hit and miss anyway.
