Issue: Mouse clicking can select wrong answers

In the current design of Microsoft Forms, the entire line (including the text of the question) is interactive. This design is intended to make it easier to select answers without having to precisely click on the smaller radio buttons or checkboxes. However, it can also lead to inadvertent selection changes if you accidentally click somewhere on the line.
