Is it possible for MS Forms to post a different answer?

Is it possible for Microsoft Forms to post a different answer than what the user submitted?

One of our students promises that they were absolutely sure they answered "Labor" instead of "Land" (see attached image). She was using her mobile phone and accessed the Quiz from Microsoft Teams today, 12/17/2020. I checked for any messages but there's no known/related issues on Forms and Teams. I know that it's possible that the student is just trolling for points but she mentioned that this has happened once before. Giving her the benefit of the doubt, I wanted to check if anyone else encountered this issue.
