Incorrect responses in MS Forms

When i was checking student's responses in Microsoft Quizzes ( Forms ) . It shows all confusing statements . Where they instructed me to open in excel. But the excel sheet shows nothing . Students also told me that they have scored sent percent correct answer , but the form is showing 3 only out of 45 . How is this possible ?
