I cannot redistribute my Forms

Hello Everyone,

I just created a new questionnaire in MS Forms, but I cannot distribute it and have a note: "This form cannot be redistributed by requesting personal or confidential information. Contact your administrator for assistance".

Which is strange, because I am admin and I did not set up any extra privacy policy. 

I cancelled all data that could be treated as "private" and the problem still occurs.
