Forms: Time input question

In Office 365 Forms, I am attempting to create an event request form.  I do not appear to be able to add a question for TIME of Day.  I see a template for DATE but not TIME.  In Google Forms "include...

Well, four years ago they said they added it to their backlog items.  That's quite the backlog. I've pretty much learned that MS will only add features they think are important but they give people a way to request features to placate them into thinking they have input.  As for this feature, a workaround or PowerApps is really your only option.

Michael_LongNot sure if you all are aware, but they have something called uservoice where you can specify "wishlist" items, and this is where feature requests are posted. This may be a better vehicle to use to get this "makes too much sense to implement but for some inexplicable reason, has not been" feature added.
