Forms: Time input question

In Office 365 Forms, I am attempting to create an event request form.  I do not appear to be able to add a question for TIME of Day.  I see a template for DATE but not TIME.  In Google Forms "include...

William Mattison could you please elaborate more in what cases the time input is really important for you? What kinds of question will need time input and what follow-up actions requires the time?

Yuanquan I'm using Forms to allow our team to enter the time they start overtime and the time they finish.
after that I use the calculation [end-time - start time] * hourly rate to generate the amount to pay them.

      Hello Yuanquan, I have a flow in power automate to create tasks in Planner. Start time set to be form submit time and due time the day after(default next day 0:00). It would be great that Forms have a time template, so a due time could be some time today (later then form submit time point of course)
