Forms Showing Different Thank You Pages and Submit Another Form Processes
I have several forms created that are live and receiving responses. Two of them recently updated the "Thank You" page and it looks different and no longer displays the option to "Submit another form"...
I would also appreciate the option to revert the splash page. In my case it's not hidden within an options tab but instead the new Thank You message format lingers for several seconds then reveals the option in the top right. We tend to fill these forms out in a PC browser so if you're using a mobile browser then I'd imagine that's the difference. This change to the format accomplishes nothing but wasting time and confusing employees.
- ATS_IT Thanks for the insight. I didn't know that on a PC it shows the new message format before revealing how to submit another form. And yes you are right, this issue is happening because the forms are being used on tablets, however it is only forms that were created through a Team. The problem is that these forms cannot be tied to an individual user's account as that would cause even more problems if they were to ever leave. I don't see why this change was necessary but hopefully Microsoft can fix it and at the very least put the "submit another form" option in plain sight again.
