Forms Showing Different Thank You Pages and Submit Another Form Processes
I have several forms created that are live and receiving responses. Two of them recently updated the "Thank You" page and it looks different and no longer displays the option to "Submit another form", but instead the user needs to select the 3 dots and then they can choose to submit another form. Users end up clicking all over and manage to get to different sign in pages etc. so this style is causing a great deal of confusion. We have thousands of new and different users filling out this form each week so it cannot be expected that they will all know to click the 3 dots to submit another form. The FormsUpdate photo below shows this.
My other forms that are live have not yet updated and are still showing the regular "Thank You" page which has the "Submit another form" option written right underneath and this makes it much easier for users to submit another form. The FormsOriginal photo shows this and this is what I would like for all of my forms.
Can anyone help me get all of my forms back to the original thank you message with the "submit another form" function being easily accessible?

lcarfv1295 maybe our tenant hasn't been updated yet but I've still got the "Submit another" link. I also wouldn't want my users to see just 3 dots as they wouldn't know what that means and there's no reason for it as there is plenty of space to have the proper link.

Rob_ElliottI agree, there is plenty of room to have the proper link to submit another form.
It's especially strange as it hasn't happened to all of our Forms, just some.. And of course it's the ones who have the most users filling them out causing even more confusion and tickets coming in on how to fix it!- lcarfv1295Copper ContributorAn interesting update - I've figured out that the new update only seems to apply to forms created from within a Team. The usual thank you/submit another form shows up for personal forms created... I do not know why but this seems to be the case.
- ATS_ITCopper ContributorI would also appreciate the option to revert the splash page. In my case it's not hidden within an options tab but instead the new Thank You message format lingers for several seconds then reveals the option in the top right. We tend to fill these forms out in a PC browser so if you're using a mobile browser then I'd imagine that's the difference. This change to the format accomplishes nothing but wasting time and confusing employees.
- lcarfv1295Copper ContributorATS_IT Thanks for the insight. I didn't know that on a PC it shows the new message format before revealing how to submit another form. And yes you are right, this issue is happening because the forms are being used on tablets, however it is only forms that were created through a Team. The problem is that these forms cannot be tied to an individual user's account as that would cause even more problems if they were to ever leave. I don't see why this change was necessary but hopefully Microsoft can fix it and at the very least put the "submit another form" option in plain sight again.

lcarfv1295 we observed feedbacks for the "submit another response", it will be moved back for easily accessible soon. Thanks for your feedback.
