Forms crashes when trying to collect answers
There seems to be an issue where the webapp crashes in the collect answers part. Specifically when the invitation submit form is displayed (see screenshot). The app just hangs.
Seems to happen in various browsers.

- AhsanulAzadCopper ContributorJust to let everyone know... the issue is now fixed. Forms is working fine. Also yesterday when we were facing the problem on laptops/desktops, there was no problem accessing via mobile devices. Thanks.

You can get a link by using the form ID. This can be found in the url of the edit page of your form. Everything after id= is your form ID. Then simply put ID after this in your browser:

More impact: Users may also experience the issue when attempting to click the “Collect Results” button.
Current status: Our review of service monitoring telemetry has so far proven inconclusive. We’re working with affected users to gather reproductions of the issue, to further the investigation into the root cause.
Scope of impact: Impact is specific to some users who are served through the affected infrastructure.

- jtencaatCopper ContributorIf you click the ... in the right corner above and then "configuration" , choose a start and end date of the answercollection period. If that is set, the "infinity date bug" will not take place.
- Wendy70Copper ContributorThank you, that works perfectly!

Hi
I signed in to my ipad and was able to get a link from there for people to complete the questionnaire.
- -Sven-Copper ContributorThanks, this worked for me. I can copy the link. Even Safari crashes, if you choose "Invitation".

I have the same problem... seems something to be inside the Outlook message field. The browser crashes and using a lot of memory (see pictures). After stopping the background process you can see that it's trying to add the last number of the year in an infinite loop:
Error in Firefox:
When you hit stop you can see the problem:
It is entering the '2' infinite...
The problem persist in different browsers and tried different computers. - m-emeraudCopper Contributor
BrugianPenguin Same issue here.
But it seems to work on Edge for me
- James_CollinsonCopper ContributorPossible solution!!!
I appreciate Marco_Fernandez tried, but for me Chrome Incognito mode DID allow me to get a link for sharing my Form with others. Still broken in Normal mode.
Chrome Version 104.0.5112.102 (Official Build) (64-bit)- James_CollinsonCopper ContributorBah! Spoke too soon. It's now hung, but was offering slightly better odds of getting as far as the link. Will clear my cache etc and see what gives.
- jtencaatCopper ContributorI have the same issue overhere. A colleague of mine too.
