Forms crashes when trying to collect answers
There seems to be an issue where the webapp crashes in the collect answers part. Specifically when the invitation submit form is displayed (see screenshot). The app just hangs. Seems to happen in va...
Just to let everyone know... the issue is now fixed. Forms is working fine. Also yesterday when we were facing the problem on laptops/desktops, there was no problem accessing via mobile devices. Thanks.
