Form with specific questions.

Hi everyone.&nbsp;I´m new ussing Forms and I would like to create an special feature who allows me if users select an specific option, form just show them a couple of especific questions and then it finish.

Thanks for your support, I need a more specific feature, I would like to program if user select the second or third one option, form shows just an specific question and nothing else but unfortunately the form keeps showing all questions.
