Can i use ms forms like https://fabform.io to collect a contact us page form submissions
irishgeoff it depends how you want to use the form: you don't work with html code in the way it seems you do with fabform.io. If you want the form embedded in a website using embed code then you will get an initial Microsoft Forms green screen which the user will have to click on for the form to open. It's not ideal. What we did recently for a local authority survey was to have a link on the website that opened the form in a new tab. With over 10,000 responses that approach worked well and gave the end user a better experience.
