Error message "File size exceeds the maximum limit" is displayed and need to refresh page

Hello Team,

We are experiencing an issue when using MS Forms and trying to upload attachments as a user feedback for survey - We have set the file size limit as 10MB and even then, whenever we are uploading attachments of size very less size also to a survey MS Form, we are getting error message "File size exceeds the maximum limit" and need to refresh the page multiple times.

Is this an existing issue.  If so, when can we expect the resolution.
