Embed form within the mail using shared mailbox

Hello Community Experts,I have created a flow which sends a survey when a case is resolved. The survey is sent in the form of link as I'm using shared mailbox.The customer clicks the linkThere is a criterion where I should send the survey using shared mailbox only and i should embed the form directly within the e-mail instead of linkHow do I achieve this requirement?Kindly guideBest RegardsSumaira&nbsp;

The link which you have shared talks about embedding form from forms pro which sends the mail from the forms pro

But i want to embed the same within shared mailbox
