Embed form within the mail using shared mailbox

Sumaira370 it looks like you'll need to get Forms Pro to do this: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/forms-pro/send-survey-email#embed-survey-in-an-email

The link which you have shared talks about embedding form from forms pro which sends the mail from the forms pro

But i want to embed the same within shared mailbox

Please advise if it is possible RobElliott

  I tried convincing saying that it might not be possible,but they are expecting it to work the way i have mentioned

    Sumaira370 just because they are expecting, it doesn't mean that it can be done with Microsoft Forms. I suggest you look at Google Forms which believe can embed the survey into an email.
