Different scores in individual results vs 'Post Scores' page

We've come across an issue in a particular auto-graded form where the individual scores show correctly but when looking at the 'Post Scores' section under Responses, the scores are wrong (and consequently the percentages are wrong too). All of the questions have a point value of 1, so not quite sure what could be going wrong. Any ideas?
