Conditionate mandatory question or not, depending on the answer on the previous question

Hi! I have two questions on my forms that are consecutive, one is for rating some categories from 1 to 3.

I would like that if there is any answer 3, the next question will be mandatory, if it's 0, 1, 2 or "It doesn't impact me", it will not be mandatory.

    juliamarrocos a question is either mandatory or not, it cannot be changed based on the answer to a previous question.
