Cannot create or link form

Hi,

A form was detached from a spreadsheet. I need to either creat a new form for this spreadsheet or reattach the old one. I can no longer see a way to do either of these.

  • Are you saying Microsoft Form?

    • Open Microsoft Forms: Go to Microsoft Forms either through your Office 365 account or directly from the Microsoft Forms website.
    • Find Your Form: Look for the form that was previously linked to your spreadsheet.
    • Open the Responses Tab: Click on the "Responses" tab in your form.
    • Link to Spreadsheet: Click on the green Sheets icon to link the form to your existing spreadsheet.

There is no option to do this is forms any more. All you can do it detach a form from a spreadsheet and create a new one, not relink.

      Hi,

Thanks for the reply, this is what I was expecting, and what I can find suggested from other sources, but this is not an option when looking at any of the forms, the only option available on the responses tab when clicking the excel icon is to disconnect and sync to a new workbook, which it creates automatically, There is no option to choose where this goes.
