Can I update questions in forms with live data?

I'm attempting to build a pre-qualification form (rather about 50 of them) and one of the questions is "please select your income range" with either a drop-down list or a radio button.

The issue is the income ranges are updated quarterly and on 50 forms, it becomes a huge task to keep them updated.

Is there a way I can set the forms to pull the income ranges from an excel spreadsheet, so I only have one doc to keep updated?

Or another solution that will allow this?
