Can I re-establish a connection between a Form and a linked Excel spreadsheet

We have an MS Form through O365 which is linked to an Excel sheet in Sharepoint. Each form entry has been automatically added to the next row of the Excel. It appears that some manual modification...

From an end-user perspective, there is no easy way to do that. The best option is to reach out to your tenant admin and file a support ticket with the product team for assistance.
