kensleylewis you can't, that functionality doesn't exist in Forms. To do this you'd need to create a form in Power Apps with the SharePoint list as the data source.

I am using the MS Form to collect the responses. Working fine for this.
My MS Form contain drop down lists which are ever changing. And I need to change those lists in MS Forms manually. What I am seeking is a way to link those lists with some underlying database so that I can avoid the manual amendments.
