Allow user to submit a Form as anonymous or not
Hello,
We send out a weekly form within our organization and would like the user to be able to submit the form as anonymous or as themselves. Is there any way to do this in Forms? Or can an email be captured and hidden from everyone, in the case of an anonymous submit, in case we want to reply to the sender but not know who it is?

- you can't really have an anonymous form if you send an e-mail to the submitter :p. The best way would be to have a field that's not required asking for submitter name or e-mail and explain why they would or wouldn't use the field. Other than that thou, no way to do both.
- The creator of the form can choose either mode, but I don't believe there is a way to have the form submitted make the choice and/or choose between the two models.
