Allow user to submit a Form as anonymous or not

you can't really have an anonymous form if you send an e-mail to the submitter :p. The best way would be to have a field that's not required asking for submitter name or e-mail and explain why they would or wouldn't use the field. Other than that thou, no way to do both.
