Allow user to submit a Form as anonymous or not
Hello, We send out a weekly form within our organization and would like the user to be able to submit the form as anonymous or as themselves. Is there any way to do this in Forms? Or can an ema...
The creator of the form can choose either mode, but I don't believe there is a way to have the form submitted make the choice and/or choose between the two models.
