Absolutely need to get the Simplify data collection and gain smart insights today! removed!!!!

How do we go about getting the message 'Simplify data collection and gain smart insights today!' removed from the footer of the last page of forms? I'd not seen this on our forms until recently. This is deeply inappropriate for many of our forms as they are used to collect confidential and sensitive information. It looks like we've used a 'free' version of the application which when collecting sensitive information looks deeply unprofessional.

    ChrisBHughes the only channel to request the removal of this is on the official Microsoft Feedback Portal.
