Permissions and Reports

I feel like I can't get anything to work with Microsoft Bookings. Nobody in my organization can see the calendar I created except me. I tried adding someone as a staff member. That didn't work. I tried adding them as an administrator. That didn't work either. I tried sharing my calendar. They can now see my personal calendar but they still can't see Bookings. I tried downloading a report for them, to show them who had signed up for a Booking. I put in the date range as requested and the report came back with the columns of the report but none of the people signed up for the event or their contact information. Ultimately, I had to go in and manually create a report from the information displayed on the screen and even that was a challenge because it would hide the phone number when I tried to do a split screen on my computer. Ultimately I had to tab back and forth between Bookings and Excel to enter the information in.

Anyone else having these problems? How do you resolve them? Help!
