Sharing booking page with other Administrators

Hello everyone,

I'm having a very weird issue at the moment.

I've created a bookings page, I am the administrator and I've set everything up just right.

Now I'm at the point of adding new staff members that can do their own management of the meetings. However when I've added the new members, even with administrator roles they can't see the bookings page when they go to https://outlook.office.com/bookings . They don't even get the email to notify them that they have been invited.

I've found out that it only works if you add the users from the very start when setting up the booking page. They get the email and see the page.

It's a very strange behaviour and it doesn't really make sense to work at the start but now work after.

Does anyone else have this issue?

Thanks!

Yep: we just came across the exact same thing. Fortunately, we were still in the testing phase, so we didn't have to recreate everything just so our other administrator could access the bookings page (and associated data).
We did notice that simply cloning the existing bookings page seemed to work OK, so...I guess that's the workaround? I also agree with Yader_Morales that this is disappointing for businesses looking to leverage this feature.

We have the same problem. We had invested time with support to explain the behavior which they have said that it is by design and referred us to come to the ideas forum and post this so it can be considered for future implementations.

I don't like how something that should work as we are describing it doesn't and just we should find workarounds or deal with bad design. I hope this gets visibility so it can get properly fixed by Microsoft. Bookings is an excellent platform but should get proper support to be considered a real business-scalable application.
